Web Design & Online Store Services
All web design, online store building, branding, and digital services are customised specifically to each client’s vision and business goals.
Due to the time, planning, strategy, and customised development involved:
No refunds are provided for web design, online store development, branding, or digital services once work has commenced.
This includes:
- Website Design
- Shopify & E-commerce Store Setup
- Brand Identity & Visual Design
- Logo Design
- Custom Graphics
- Store Setup & Optimisation
If a client decides to discontinue a project after work has begun, payments made for completed work, development hours, design time, or deposits are non-refundable.
Custom Apparel & Personalised Products
All custom-made, print-on-demand, personalised, or self-customised items are created specifically for each customer.
No refunds or exchanges are provided for custom-made items.
This includes:
- Custom Apparel
- Team Uniforms
- Personalised Merchandise
- Made-To-Order Products
- Self-Customised Designs
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if products arrive:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect from approved order
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Deposits & Project Terms
For selected services, consultations, website builds, branding, or premium projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure project allocation, planning, consultation time, and development scheduling.
